I noticed that you have revised either Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri or Sid Meier's Alien Crossfire.

I intend to revise those articles following the Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Article guidelines. There are more details on the discussion pages of those articles. I'd be interested in any comments you have. It would be best if your comments were on the discussion pages of the two articles.

Thank you.

Problem with an administrator

Horologium, I am having a problem with an administrator, User:Pats1, who is under the impression that project-wide formatting and standards do not apply to WP:NFL, and seems to be engaged in enforcing his own formatting preferences and possible violations of WP:OWN. I would be grateful if you would watch Fred Taylor (American football) and User talk:Pats1. I am tired of having perfectly valid edits reverted because the admin in question did not make them himself. Thanks. Dirtlawyer1 (talk)

I didn't assign the class, it was done so years ago when the tag was first added by a member of your project. You came along and decided you did not like that and changed it. --Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 14:37, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Actually, you added the project tag in this edit, and then added both a class and priority for it in this edit. You did the same thing for WikiProject Miami, another project of which you are not a member. In both cases, you used the justification that it is a big company which shapes the foodservice industry worldwide. That is not a justification for giving it high priority for WP Florida; the company doesn't have a significant impact on Florida (in other words, it wouldn't make much of a difference if they were to move their headquarters to Kalamazoo, Michigan, except for the tax revenue and the 120 jobs in the company's headquarters). I notice you did the same thing with McDonald's and WikiProject Illinois [1] (moving it from low priority to high priority, using the edit summary "cleanup"), but since I am not a member of that project, I'll leave it to them to fix. I'm considering dropping a note on their project's talk page about the issue. You should not be deciding the priority of articles that are under the aegis of wikiprojects to which you do not belong, especially when they are articles for which you have a strong connection (including articles you wrote or significantly expanded.) Adding the tag is good, but prioritizing it for others is bad. Horologium (talk) 16:46, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Hoping you can help

Hi Horologium, I saw that you made a small edit on the article Rick Scott (businessman) late last year. I was recently involved in a discussion on that article's Talk page about moving it simply to Rick Scott. Interestingly, the latter page already redirects to the current page. There does seem to be consensus for making this change, although it hasn't happened yet, and the one dissenter did not offer a reason for that point of view. However, it definitely needs an admin to make that change. Is that something you would be willing to take care of? Let me know if you find a chance. Thanks, Thirteenth Florida (talk) 14:01, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

Never mind, someone already did it! Thirteenth Florida (talk) 01:27, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
