Hello, not clear if you are still monitoring this, but I noticed the above article which seems to just be a summary of the book by William Y. Chang. It does not seem to be a topic of an encyclopedia that meets the general notability guidelines so I am proposing its deletion. W Nowicki (talk) 22:48, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
