Dublin Core[edit]
I've noticed that you have removed a link from Dublin Core after trying to find another copy. Did you try the Internet Archive and WebCite ? refer to What to do when a reference link "goes dead". John Vandenberg 01:21, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
