It is recommended to remove user space versions of articles once they are moved to the mainspace per WP:UP#COPIES. The easiest way to do this is for the author to place a {{db-author}} template on the page. As you may no longer be active on WP (last edit was 15 June 2010), I hope you don't take any offence if I nominate the users pace version of the article for deletion.
