Colours Of Spain's National Flag[edit]

HISTORICAL NOTE: The Yellow colour symbolises the Gold of Spain... The Red symbolises the Blood shared by the Spaniards during history... the amount on Yellow equals the amount of Red giving a sweet and sour taste of what the history of Spain has been during the last 500 years!!--78.151.139.192 (talk) 19:06, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Thankyou for explaining that. :)

Hey, are you a student of Scotch College?[edit]

Or have some link to the school. I was just looking at your edits, and they seem like they would only be made by someone with some knowledge of the school. Im a student their, currently. --HamedogTalk|@ 08:18, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

Hey[edit]

Hey. You seem like an interesting person. Are you doing year 11? I was just browsing for people in my age level and you were the only one! I'm a computer and video games nut as well, except I play PS2 but I still respect people who choose Xbox over PS2. What are some of you fav games? I'm an Aussie as well but I live in Melbourne. Have you got a footy team? Anyway, catch ya round. Normy 11:15, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

My userpage[edit]

Done. Is my userpage better? Amos Han Talk 23:05, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Although you tried to fix my user page, you put way too much space there so people would have to waste their time scrolling down when seeing my user page. Amos Han Talk 19:05, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
PS: Thanks for removing vandalism on my user page. Amos Han Talk 19:05, 13 April 2007 (UTC)

This page is copyright lol[edit]

OMG! your page looks almost exactly the same as mine... you better be changing it more than that! D4g0thur 09:31, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

But this setup is convenient... lol... Imperator Honorius 14:05, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
Change it a bit - and at least get rid of the "And..." title... D4g0thur 14:59, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
I did the at least bit, but how can I order it any better? I did say if you had any objections to the layout you can suggest where else it could go, while still being ordered well. Imperator Honorius 02:13, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
Without the "And..." it is acceptable. D4g0thur 02:22, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
Huzzah! Imperator Honorius 16:37, 9 June 2007 (UTC)

Thanks[edit]

Thanks for the barnstar. I'm sure you'd like to hear that I just removed the last hundred or so links to Indie! Yay! D4g0thur 14:16, 9 June 2007 (UTC)

Hi there. I see that you've added a website as a source for the picture. I haven't been able to find it on the website, so can you please add a direct URL to the image and copy it over to my talk page. I'll wait about a week or so, but if you don't I'll have to put the "no source" tag back on. Cheers, John Smith's 18:36, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

Sure ,and thankyou. - Imperator Talk 20:17, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
Can you do that for me? I can only see the link to the website - I need to see a link to where the picture is available on the website. John Smith's 21:01, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
Tell you what I won't press the issue - that's good enough for me. Thanks for putting in the effort. :) John Smith's 20:57, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Your Armenian Quarter edits[edit]

Information.svg In a recent edit to the page Armenian Quarter, you changed one or more words from one international variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For subjects exclusively related to Britain (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to other English-speaking countries, such as Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, use the appropriate variety of English used there. If it is an international topic, use the same form of English the original author used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to the other, even if you don't normally use the version the article is written in. Respect other people's versions of English. They in turn should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Wikipedia:Manual of Style. If you have any queries about all this, you can ask me on my talk page or you can visit the help desk. Your non-style related edits have been retained. Hertz1888 (talk) 15:50, 18 December 2008 (UTC)

Nuvola apps important.svg Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Armenian Quarter, you will be blocked from editing. This article is written in American English, and though that may be "colloquialism" to you, changing from the established style is a violation of Wiki policy. Please don't do it again. Speedy deletion of File:MedievalTotalWarItalianCampaign.jpg[edit]

Ambox warning pn.svg

A tag has been placed on File:MedievalTotalWarItalianCampaign.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image which is not under a free license or in the public domain and it has not been used in any article for more than seven days.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. QueenCake (talk) 20:46, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Krondor deletion[edit]

Hi Had to go back to see what that one was all about; it is (or was) nearly incomprehensible "fancruft." I'm not against it being restored if you or someone is planning to fix it, but it'll need a lot of work. Good luck.  :) --PMDrive1061 (talk) 22:19, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference[edit]

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 19:13, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

Disambiguation link fixing one-day contest[edit]

I have decided to put on a mini-contest within the November 2013 monthly disambiguation contest, on Saturday, November 23 (UTC). I will personally give a $20 Amazon.com gift card to the disambiguator who fixes the most links on that server-day (see the project page for details on scoring points). Since we are not geared up to do an automated count for that day, at 00:00, 23 November 2013 (UTC) (which is 7:00 PM on November 22, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the project page leaderboard. I will presume that anyone who is not already listed on the leaderboard has precisely nine edits. At 01:00, 24 November 2013 (UTC) (8:00 PM on November 23, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the leaderboard at that time (the extra hour is to give the board time to update), and I will determine from that who our winner is. I will credit links fixed by turning a WP:DABCONCEPT page into an article, but you'll have to let me know me that you did so. Here's to a fun contest. Note that according to the Daily Disambig, we currently have under 256,000 disambiguation links to be fixed. If everyone in the disambiguation link fixers category were to fix 500 links, we would have them all done - so aim high! Cheers! bd2412 T 02:30, 18 November 2013 (UTC)
