I have read the message posted at User talk:41.161.11.234. Instructions on how to request an unblock are at User talk:Inscape Education Group, beginning "If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic...", and for your convenience I am also copying a version of them to this page, below. You will need to log into an account to make the request, and make it on the talk page of that account. You are also unlikely to be unblocked unless you address the issues which led to the block, whereas your message above does not address either of them. You will certainly not be unblocked in order to continue to use Wikipedia to advertise your college, which is what both the accounts have done hitherto. There are two reasons for the blocks on these accounts. The accounts have been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to Wikipedia's content policy, and accounts represent a business, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person.
If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your college, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of this page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:

Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
