2020 WTA Elite Trophy

Why did you revert my changes? The article is clearly incorrect. It is useless to write about prize money, qualifying et cetera when a tournament is cancelled. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.210.36.10 (talk)

@87.210.36.10: You didn't provide a source for the info. I'd recommend having a look at Wikipedia:Verifiability for more info. Removing large sections of an article, as you were doing, is also highly likely to be reverted, but that's just part of the process here. I'd recommend having a look at Wikipedia:Be bold, Wikipedia:Consensus, and Wikipedia:BOLD, revert, discuss cycle. I'd recommend starting a discussion on the talk page about the cancellation. I'd recommend having a look at Wikipedia:Requests for comment, since that process could help the discussion be seen by more editors. As for the warn, that was definitely an overreaction on my part, and I'm genuinely sorry about that. InvalidOStalk 17:45, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
The article itself states that the tournament has been cancelled! A source has been provided as well! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.210.36.10 (talk)
@87.210.36.10: Oh. Yeah, I'm really sorry about that. InvalidOStalk 17:52, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
No problem. Thanks for restoring the changes. Have a nice day! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.210.36.10 (talk) 18:14, 9 November 2021 (UTC)

ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
