Hi. You may want to chime in at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/User names#Irowbot, regarding whether your username is or isn't a violation of Wikipedia:Username policy.

To avoid further confusion for now, I recommend you put a statement on your user page User:Irowbot that you are not a bot.

Regarding your request on the RFC to change your username, you're talking mostly to admins, and admins don't have that capability. Only bureaucrats can rename your account.
