Edits we made

• Edited the Lead section. Added sources, removed various trade names, updated the mechanism of action.
• Re-worded parts of the "Mechanism of action" section. Added references to review articles.
• Medical Uses section- added references
• Adverse reactions section- added percentages and references.
• Pharmacokinetics section- added references
• Many sources were from the early 90s= Best available studies.
