Hello, trust you understood my revert. Assume the name used now comes from Foss; if he was commonly known as Catlin move the article first to the new name; if it doesn't work ask an admin. or me, but would seem to be a good idea to find a reference using the name first. Wikipedia is not the place to take umbrage or be outraged, but if you have an issue with the name do something about it. No, I did not create the article and I do not know the subject from a bar of soap- my revert of your changes was a simple procedural matter of maintaining the name used in the title. As above, you are probably now allowd to move the article to a new name and if there is a reliable reference that uses the spelling Catlin for Robert, not the family today, use it and if you don't know how to use it contact me; answer below here will be seen by me. Robert Catlin

[edit]

I am a descendant of Sir Robert Catlin himself, with my family trees showing that the name was originally Catlin, even websites stating that he was the Lord Chief Justice of the Queens Bench stated that his name was Catlin, not Catlyn. I am assuming you created this article. Regards.

Robert Catlin

[edit]

To add to that, if you search in google, Sir Robert Catlin, there will be many references that his name was with an I not a Y. I am disgusted as one of his descendants that you would do such a thing.
