  • Location of the mural (where in Philadelphia is it, what important buildings is it facing, and why?)
  • Segue into why Philadelphia murals are important

History of Philadelphia Murals

  • This section will include previous important murals and how they have influenced policy, community engagement, and civil rights encouragement in the city of Philadelphia specifically
  • History of specifically Black muralists
  • What a muralist needs to include in their work in order to make it stand out to viewers

Analysis of the mural itself

  • The mural's meaning, why is it called Declaration
  • why the artists depicted the Declaration of Independence on the mural.
  • Why I believe it fits as a masterpiece and how the community has benefited from this artwork
  • Could also discuss particular art forms if I can find out more information on mural art forms and specifically in correlation to this work
