I believe that when acceptable permission is processed, the image will be restored. But do you understand that acceptable permission must allow reuse by anyone for anything. I notice you were working on a how-to guide at User:Jayrabe/GMCMH-EFI. If you were planning to publish that page in article space, you should read WP:NOTMANUAL, which says that how-to guides are not the kind of article that is published here and suggests alternative sites for such pages. —teb728 t c 20:55, 21 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
