Then you should not be doing anything at all, because you are doing paid editing without disclosure of your position, which is a serious violation of Wikipedia editing terms and conditions. Please let the volunteers do it, they've done a good job with the other name changes at Army posts. Thanks. I know you’re trying to do the right thing, but if your job is PIO for the post, that makes you a paid editor, and lends you a COI.
