The easy way to change name is, just abandon this account, and make a new one.
You could apply to change name at WP:CHU but, being as you've made no edits, it's probably not worth bothering.
The username "Jim Forero" seems to be available.
Note: never use more than one user account; if you abandon this one, you should scramble the password and never use it again. Best, Chzz ► 14:52, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
