This account has been blocked because the username is promotional (based on the user page you created). This is frowned upon on Wikipedia, and promotional usernames are generally not allowed. You are welcome to create a new account if you would like to contribute to this project in a positive manner (specifically, avoid writing articles about organizations you may be closely related to or trying to promote).
