The Wiki page you created Dallas Cowboys Times is nothing more than advertisement and has no references. In fact the picture you have of Kevin Ogletree was taken from Wikipedia and that picture was one that I took and uploaded to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Kevin_Ogletree.JPG).
