Joseph Mandour is a Moroccan American businessman and a service-disabled veteran. He served as a Non-commissioned officer in the United States Army and is now the president and CEO of Sanford Federal, a general defense contracting company.

Early life

Born in Casablanca, Morocco, in 1981, Joseph Mandour spent his early years in Sefrou. Notably, at the age of 14, he relocated to his city of birth, where he resumed his residence. Subsequently, he relocated to the United States after completing his high school education in 1999.

Corporate career

Joseph Mandour is the president and chief executive officer of Sanford Federal, Inc, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business[7]. Sanford Federal is headquartered in Stafford, Virginia, and it delivers federal professional services, including construction and infrastructure, base operations support, and security services.[8] Sanford Federal has offices across various geographical regions, including the United States, Canada, France, Morocco, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.
