Hello, I just spent several minutes researching the name issue. I have found English sources that make a similar claim to yours. Unfortunately I was unable to find a source that definitively states that Hokulani was the name on her birth certificate or give any information as to why or when she might have had her name legally changed. There are a lot more sources that are also reliable that do not mention this at all which would be odd if that really was her legal name.

Before changing her article we need something better. Also, I would strongly suggest taking this to the Nicole Kidman Talk Page and discuss the issue there. Wikipedia operates on consensus and something like this definitely needs to build a consensus before being changed. SQGibbon (talk) 22:39, 8 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
