Hello, I'm Glane23. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Chipolata, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. The reference for French origin in the article is to Escoffier's mention in the 1903 edition of his French cookbook. If you have a reliable source for origin in England, you could to add it in support of changing the origin to England rather than France. Feel free to start a discussion on the article's Talk page.
