Hello, My name is john pitman. My parents and grandparents were born and raised in avery co.My grandad was steven m pitman he was a babtist preacher,born in 1865. his wife was hattie buchanan. my dads name was harry b pitman born in 1917, his wife was bernice franklin,she was born in crossnore.they all moved to ohio in 1941 i believe. if you new any of them or anything about them i whould like here from you.
