Another robot rolls off the conveyor belt, thanks you for your help, and excuses himself for a few days while he practices his new abilities. Back in action soon! -- Hoary 10:47, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jusjih. Just a quick note to thank you for your support in my RfA, which recently passed 62/13/6. I will do my very best live up to this new responsibility and to serve the community, but please let me know if I make any mistakes or if you have any feedback at all on my actions. Finally, if there is anything that I can assist you with - please don't hesitate to ask. Cheers TigerShark 03:49, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My major edit summaries

[edit]

It was my WikiSin, I was aiming for the minor / major button and hit managed to hit submit for some reason. If you re-run mathbot I think you'll find the percentage is a lot better now that I actually turned off the minor by default option and tagged major edits as such :) -- Tawker 15:42, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WikiSin is the term I use for anything that I know isn't exactly what it should be. Most of my non edit summaries were super early (before I got into "active" editing but I see your point, edit summaries are pretty important. If you either check my recent contribs / Mathbot here (Mathbot is the bot that automatically calculates edit summary usage) I think you'll see a slight difference. But hey, its a free vote, and please don't let this message look like its trying to sway you one way or another, I really believe in democracy in that sense which is a good thing! -- Tawker 15:51, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, and a quick note on the deletion summaries, don't you love the ones MediaWiki automatically does, at least it works on small vandal new pages very nicely. At least thats the standing policy I've used when deleting on other WikiMedia projects :) -- Tawker 16:32, 4 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Kusma's RfA

[edit]

Thank you for your support in my recent successful request for adminship. I may now add my voice to the others above that ask you not to hesitate to give me feedback on bad admin performance or to ask me for help. (For the first couple of days, while I'm still getting used to all these new buttons around, you might want to ask one of the other admins, though...) Happy editing, Kusma (討論) 14:00, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

thanks for the support

My RFA

[edit]
Thanks for your vote.

Hi, this is Matt Yeager. I wanted to thank you for your vote on my request for adminship. The count was something like was 14/20/5 when I decided to withdraw the request. My decision was based on the fact that there are enough things wasting people's time on the Internet that doomed RFA's shouldn't be kept up for voters to have to think about. Regardless of the rationale behind your vote, I hope you will read this note for an extended note and discussion on what will happen before I make another try at adminship (I didn't want to clog up your userpage with drivel that you might not be interested in reading). Thank you very, very much for your vote and your time and consideration of my credentials--regardless of whether you voted support, nuetral, or oppose. Happy editing! Matt Yeager (Talk?) 01:31, 11 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
