I am trying to put facts onto the Fashion Bomb website. That is fact. You were born this and changed to that. I do not want to post personal information like he sucks his thumb or sleeps with a blankie per say... which I would understand as being a personal attack. I would just like facts to be out there. I have cited a source and want to know the right way to edit this so it stays.

The right way is to
  1. Ask the user who removed your edits to explain in greater detail why he/she did so. In these incidents, following the "BRD" cycle is a good idea, so we're at the "D", or "discuss".
  2. If he/she does not respond, go to Talk:Fashion Bomb, explain more in detail what is going on, and provide the exact sources (links, etc.) and ask for an outside opinion.

Fashion Bomb[edit]

Your edits to Fashion Bomb appear to be based on spite rather than an interest in contributing to Wikipedia. While your information may be correct, based as it is on apparent personal knowledge, they are nevertheless not drawn from reliable published sources. Even a court record of a change of name is not considered a reliable source for Wikipedia purposes as it is a primary source for a fact not considered worthy of mention by those who have published commentary regarding the band and its personnel. Please do not continue this pattern of editing. User:Fred Bauder Talk 19:07, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Posting information like he sucks his thumb or sleeps with a blankie can be considered out of spite, but posting things such as real names I dont understand. Marilyn Manson and plenty of other have their real names exposed. Whether they like it or not. I am also not releasing information on the town he was born in or towns he was raised in. Its just his real name. No harm in that. I could completely understand if it was!
