, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved. Elen of the Roads (talk) 14:16, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
The material that you wish to add to Margaret Spelling (see [1] and [2] would violate Wikipedia's policy relating to the biographies of living people. Issuing threats to contact your attorney when someone warns you about this is not acceptable behaviour. If you wish to be unblocked, you must withdraw this threat, and agree to stop attempting to add material to the project which violates our policies.--Elen of the Roads (talk) 14:24, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
THIS CONTINUES TO BE ESCALATED BY DGG. TO THAT END, IT IS RATHER HARD TO WITHDRAW A THREAT TO A PERSON WHO CONTINUES TO ESCALATE AND HARASS. I KNOW WHO HE IS AND IF NEED BE, SHOULD HE CONTINUE SUCH TOWARDS ME, YES, SUCH WILL BE FORWARDED ACCORDINGLY.
IT SHOULD BE EXPECTED THAT, AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY NOTED, THAT THERE WILL NOT BE ANYTHING ADDED BY ME - WHICH IT WOULD APPEAR EVERYONE HAS FAILED TO READ. IT IS HOWEVER ALSO ASSUMED, AS I PREVIOUSLY NOTED, THAT THERE IS GOING TO BE ARTICLES ABOUT THE CASE AND ABOUT SPELLINGS. TO THE END THAT THEY SHOW UP ON WIKIPEDIA WILL NOT BE MY EFFORT. I ACTUALLY HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN DEAL WITH WHAT AMOUNTS TO GAMES.
FURTHERMORE, SINCE NO ONE SEEMS TO READ WHAT HAS BEEN STATED BY ME CONCERNING THIS.... ALL YOU ARE ACTUALLY DOING IS FURTHER ESCALATING AND THREATENING ME WITH AN OUTRIGHT DEMANDS, WHILE FAILING, FAILING TO HAVE READ PREVIOUS WHAT I NOTED. TO THAT END, THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED AND YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO CONTACT ME TO CONTINUE WHAT AMOUNTS TO BE HARASSMENT. CONGRATULATION. YOU GOT NOTHING.
- No, we're simply enforcing our website's policies, one of which is that you cannot pursue litigation against Wikipedia or an editor thereof and still edit at the same time. Enforcing website policies isn't a legal matter. Accusing someone who's enforcing a policy designed to prevent the spread of libel via Wikipedia of harassment is akin to giving the prosecution the gun you used to murder someone. Ergo, legal threat or no, the block is correct on the BLP violations and extreme personal attacks alone. —Jeremy v^_^v Components:V S M 06:40, 17 July 2011 (UTC)
