[edit]They suggested some great things about how to reword several sections to make information more clear. I will need to examine each suggestion on a case by case individual bases, but every suggestion I have read so far seems better than what was previously in the article. Like my other reviewer mentioned, I should add more information on the compensation of victims, and I will be looking for information and adding more to the article regarding that soon.
