Peer Review[edit]

Kari,

From what you described, it seems like you have a pretty good idea of how your contribution to the article will look like. You are considering adding important elements to it, most of all with an intersectional approach, and based on available evidence. I personally really liked the evaluation of the picture and how leaving it might contribute to already established biases around black families. My only suggestion is to make sure you try to do it with the most "neutral" language possible (as they suggest us in this course), but definitely point out these extremely important topics. Looking forward to seeing the final version of it!

Hi Kari!

I just completed a peer review. I'm not sure that I added much to what you've already come up with, but I'm excited about your article and your proposed changes. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. User:Kari.Harper/Incarceration in the United States/KNNorm Peer Review
