Dynamic awareness theory

[edit]

Hello Karisyd, I've left you a welcome template with some useful links. Noticing your comments at Dynamic awareness theory, I'd suggest also reading WP:OWN and WP:COI, so as to avoid any misunderstandings with other authors. Basically, no single editor can control what goes in an article, and editors who have a real world connection to the topic need to make sure they are editing neutrally and not generating a conflict of interest. Normally this happens when someone writes an article about their company and tries to exclude any negative comments, but you can see how someone might say that in this instance.

I've reverted your changes. What you need to do now is discuss on the talkpage of the article, the edits that you want to make. Wikipedia is a reporter of sourced material (see the Five Pillars above), so you need to provide published sources for what you want to say. If someone has misinterpreted the source they used, or if there is a better or more recent source, then by all means you can say that, but just saying 'I wrote the theory', is likely to lead to an argument. Do drop me a note if you need any more. --Elen of the Roads (talk) 08:09, 17 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
