You asked at the help desk: "Hello, is it possible to remove a citation from a text if it has been placed there ill-intentionally to cause harm, and replace it with neutral or positive content?"

Determining intention is often a guessing game on Wikipedia. Content which is supported by citations of reliable sources may "harm" a subject, but it has no need to be replaced by neutral or positive-leaning content. Wikipedia repeats what reliable sources have already said. Please never attempt to change Wikipedia in order to "help" any of its article subjects.
