OK, thanks. I am simply trying to update the page for our church. All of the information is factual, not meant to be promotional.

The fact that you call it "our church" is part of the problem. It's hard for an editor with a conflict of interest—a connection to the subject—to be able to write about it impartially. —C.Fred (talk) 01:10, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

removed references to "our church" and other brochure-y words. Appreciate review to find other such words without total revocation. We're new here, and we're biased, so please be kind.

obviously, sarcasm is not acceptable either. Is it policy to just chuck out everything if you don't like it? I'm gonna go one section at a time, so I don't lose all my work again and again and again like I've done tonight.

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Also, phrases like "our vision" and "our Statement of Faith" are absolutely inappropriate for Wikipedia.
