I changed back the edits you've made. Please realize that the status of prehistoric animals are either "Fossil" or "Prehistoric." The status of "Extinct" is reserved for those species that have gone extinct within historic time, primarily within the last 10,000 years.--Mr Fink 18:25, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
