Are you sure you want to create that page? It should be given at least stub content or it's likely to get deleted. Mermaid from the Baltic Sea 04:02, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
I'm not the person to tell you whether you are allowed to re-create the article or not. However, a placeholder article with just a note to add content later is quite likely to get deleted, regardless of whether the subject is notable or not. If you can create even a tiny coherent article, it's better than a no-content article. It's also usually considered bad manners to recreate a deleted page without running it by the deletion review process. Since I don't see a deletion review for The Five Pillars (Computer Game) then it must have been a speedy delete or a proposed deletion. There are three kinds of deletion. If someone tries to speedy delete, you can't remove it but you can add a {{hangon}} (just like that, with the braces and everything) to the article page to allow a chance to explain yourself (don't do this unless a speedy delete template has appeared, because it just puts the article on the list for deletion). If someone adds a proposed deletion template, you can remove it yourself (don't do that to speedy deletion templates). Only a full AfD creates a debate. The best defense against deletion is writing something that nobody will want to delete, and then promptly and politely defending yourself if challenged.
