Human Factors Article: Pilot Error

I have added to the article entitled "Pilot Error." (link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilot_error)

The once 'infant' article is now, in my opinion, a well developed article which looks at the causes and resolutions of pilot error and threat management.

I have added the following sections and sub-sections: - Causes of Pilot Error -Threats -Errors

-Threat and Error Management (TEM) -Line Operations Safety Audit (LOSA) -Crew Resource Management (CRM) - Applications of CRM -Cockpit Task Management (CTM) -Checklists

My article has been changed by other wikipedia editors who have added additional sections (Altered description, decision making and psychological illness)
