please change the 247th prime number to the 347th in the example showing the improvement of convergence using pi/2. Kuegler.eduard (talk) 15:29, 4 May 2021 (UTC) The equation in the Dirichilet Beta function is right: pi/4= 1/(1-(-1)^((prime(n)-1)/2)/prime(n)); here I propose to add: pi/2=1/(1+(-1)^((prime(n)-1)/2)/prime(n)),n=2..inf This formula could be also added in wiki/Leibnitz formula. There the formula for pi/4 is also right - contrary to my statement. It is an amazing filtering effect, which one can see with formula pi/4= prime(n)/(prime(n)-(-1)^((prime(n)-1)/2)) more clearly. My proposed formula for pi/2 published Mai 3rd is also right.[reply]
