Welcome!
Hello, Kuini86, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!
I also saw that one of the articles you edited was Sundiata Keita. As you may have noticed, Wikipedia is always in need of more Africa editors. I don't know if this is a continued area of interest for you, but if it is, here's some other links that you may want to check out:
- Wikipedia:WikiProject Countering systemic bias open tasks
- Portal:Africa
- Wikipedia:List of missing Africa topics
- Wikipedia:African Collaboration of the Fortnight
Good luck, and happy editing! If you ever have any questions, feel free to leave a note on my talk page; lots of folks helped me when I first got here and I'm always glad to pay it forward! --Dvyost 16:21, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
Eventhough you deleted cited material (with a valid reason), I removed the original vandal warning I posted since it was a good faith edit. Yes, there is debate over Akon's name but he himself stated that was his full name in an interview & should thus stay since it is verifiable (please see WP:V). Thanks and happy editing.
