First off, I'd just like to say that this is a really well organized entry. It's easy to follow, and well researched. So, awesome job there. A few notes:

1) Generally, wikipedia wants you to cite every point you make, not just the study that made it. So, for example, when you're talking about the stages, you should put a citation after each stage's information, even if they're all from the same source.

2) In the types of IO Consultants, it might flow a bit better if you say that there are internal and external consultants, define the difference there, and then break it down by types of internal and types of external consultants.

3) In the services part, the first sentence, say that "consultants offer their services to..." because saying they offer consulting services without first defining those services sounds a bit circular.

4) Three are a few run-on sentences, particularly in the pros-and-cons section. Cutting those up will make the reading flow a lot better.

5) Under "competencies" you should define "General consulting skills" a bit more specifically, or at least mention where else you describe them.

Overall, a really good job. I hope these notes help.
