A Wikipedia user page is for someone who is active in working for the project to give a little information about himself or herself in connection with his or her work for the encyclopaedia: it is not a place to post material unrelated to work for Wikipedia. Also Wikipedia doesn't allow editing to promote or publicise anything.

You are very welcome to start making contributions to the encyclopaedia, in a neutral, non-promotional way, in accordance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines if you would like to, but if your only interest is in publicising your band then Wikipedia isn't the right place for you. Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page.
