Try getting in touch with an adminstrator on their talk page. Be sure to explain politely, carefully, and in detail your complaint. The problem you face is that the person that you feel is harassing you happens to be an adminstrator. However, I believe that you may have a case considering that Fawcett5 has been an administrator for less than two months. Give the administrator dates, times, and places where Fawcett 5 engaged in harrassing you on Wikipedia. Above all, don't harrass Fawcett5 or type up any angry rants... that'll just make it look like you're a troll/vandal/possible sockpuppet of a previously banned user. In short, contact an administrator on their talkpage, make a list of the instances where Fawcett5 has harrassed you, and realize that Fawcett5 has been around for longer than you have... so you're going to have to be able to back up your accusation against him. Administrators are accused of a lot of things, and the majority of accusations are groundless and/or made by known vandals/trolls, by anon. users, or by users who act similar to users who were banned from Wikipedia.
