I was impressed at how fast you created a boundary-updated 2017-version of the LCC map.
Can you help with the 'map' for this page - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyndburn_Borough_Council_election,_2016 - ?
Basically, I needed to create a copy of the previous 2012-map, as a 2016-version, and then paint-fill in the result-changes to the various borough-wards --- but I've forgotten how I did it last time, and didn't make notes of which online-free-svg-image-editor I used, or the process to download-rename-upload a 2016-version of the 2012-map, prior to editing-paint-filling ...
Any help, or pointers would be appreciated.
