Hello, Here are some more detailed comments that I had for the assignment where you edited the political linguistics page (I am only posting it onto the talk page of one of the group members per group if I have detailed comments for the group): The students probably did a lot of research as there is a lot of information on this page. Unfortunately, a lot of them are not well linked to the topic or to each other. They were responsive to feedback which was good but they left out changing the citation for the HK part about autonomy (citation does not back up their point). The Singapore paragraph has no link to the concept of political linguistics and the section on Politics, language and society, although I feel that they probably read up a lot to be able to do cite so many concepts, the way some of them are stated does not really help in the understanding of the topic. Perhaps it would be better to mention fewer concepts but provide a bit more explanation for those mentioned. Eg. explain how "the self is an agent" makes sense in the context of political linguistics. In general, this page was not clearly written and not great at explaining what political linguistics is.
