Feasibility: Feasible
Scope: Where will you get resources for your improvements beyond the peopleofwalmart website itself? Otherwise it will look like an advertisement. How will you improve the article? Will you expand the idea of humorous websites? Simply listing the features of the website is not enough.
Justification: Not sure what needs to be improved about this wikipedia article.
Relevant to course content: Relevant as long as the social and community aspects are explained and discussed.
Proper formatting: The title should be a direct link to the Wikipedia article. Instead there is a link to a section in the article but it is not the title itself. The paragraph is not signed, a convention on Wikipedia talk pages.
