Hello,
I have been reading and watching about this story and I was wondering why the article is locked for editing. The attackers in this situation were protected at one point due to their age so their names were with held, however now that these young men are now in college their names have been released and are public information. I have reached out to others associated and was told that the names were edited into this article however the article kept being edited to take the attacker names out. I am just curious why, and also how it work with this site in regards to editing. What steps have to be made to either lock and article or unlock it to control the editing process. Thank you for your time and anyone who can shed light on the situation, perhaps there is a piece I am unaware of or is not being told to get as clear of a picture as possible.
