Question for administrator[edit]

My mobile network IP pool has been blocked from editing, but even when I am logged in, it still prevents me from editing, while my account is NOT blocked. Thanks in advance for your help.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about the IP block unless we know what IP block it is. If you can let us know the IP address it will help, and it will also help if you can tell us exactly what the message says which tells you that you can't edit when you try to. You may not want to post your IP address publicly; if not, then you can use the Wikipedia:Unblock Ticket Request System, where information you send will be treated confidentially. Incidentally, I have 100% sympathy with editors who are prevented from editing by IP blocks which are not their fault, because many years ago it once happened to me. JBW (talk) 16:17, 9 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
