Comparison to net zero too prominant

[edit]Does it have to be CO2 reduction or removal or can it be emissions reductions or removals? Also why is carbon dioxide reduction have a specific page on wikipedia, but reductions does not?
Maybe the section ""Emissions reductions" could be ported to a different page. This feels less specific to CN.
