Hello! It is a common practice that only those people who have their own page are listed for towns. This is at the same time an objective criterion that the personality is really notable (meets the WP:GNG criteria). At the same time, the own page also serves as a verification that the given personality really comes from the given place (a reference should be there). It was already explained to you by another user when you tried to add a personality to Plzeň, so hopefully it will be clear now.
Two more notes: please don't mark adding content as a minor edit, this is not a minor edit. Also, please avoid personal attacks, such as in the edit summary of your last edits ("Clearly you are vandalizing the articles!"). Thank you. FromCzech (talk) 05:25, 21 July 2023 (UTC)
