[edit]As reviewing administrator, I had to delete this because we already have a considerably fuller and more detailed and comprehensive article at Great Fire of London
But I'm very glad to see a new editor here interested in historical subjects. English history is among our better-covered fields, but there is still quite a lot that needs doing---both the articles we do not yet have, and article we do have that need improving.
