4Peace is a supergroup of Boston legends including Twice Thou, formerly of The Almighty RSO and Made Men and Edo G of "I Got to Have It" fame. In fact in their song, "Start Peace " Twice Thou references "I Got to Have It", by saying "in the words of a fellow Boston legend world renowned/Black people unite and let's all get down."

The group was formed in response to the senseless murder of four young men in a Dorchester, Massachusetts basement recording studio and the controversy.^[1]

with Boston mayor Thomas Menino regarding the Stop Snitchin' t-shirts.
