Think about a framing structure. Will this be one page or multiple pages? If multiple, what sort of category will you use to group them? If just one page, then what's a meaningful title for the page, that makes it "significant" and thus worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia? How do you actually want to organize content within the page? How will you avoid excessive repetition (which you currently have quite a lot of)?
Remember that you'll want to insert cross-references -- Wikipedia articles do not stand alone. You'll also want to create cross-references to your page on other relevant pages, or it's a floating orphan and will likely be subject to deletion.
Research is important, even while avoiding original research. The basic "obvious" parallels are one thing, but maybe there are aspects of characters that come from other sources. There's a small amount of scholarship out there, despite the relatively recent nature of the Riordan series: here is one (with awful English, and I haven't actually read it to know if it's any good, but nonetheless it's scholarship), and here is a piece by a reputable classicist that's about Percy Jackson in general but not Sea of Monsters specifically.

[edit]Looking good! While there are still plenty of improvements that I see a need/room for, I'm not going to tell you them (although you may be able to intuit a few hints from my comments here), as I want to leave something for your peer-editor to do. ;)
I would, however, definitely suggest that you give it a different title. Think about how Wikipedia articles are titled: it's an encyclopedia, so what are you (and by "you" I mean a random person who's looking something up on Wikipedia) most likely to be looking up in an effort to find this page? Probably not "Parallels in myth." Also, is this page parallels in myth in general, or parallels with the Odyssey specifically? Finally: does this actually deserve to be its own page, or should it be a section of the The Sea of Monsters page? Or should there be a page on, for instance, Rick Riordan's use of classical literature, of which The Odyssey is just a part?
If you're just sticking with The Sea of Monsters, then obviously you don't need to mention Calypso, but the Laestrygonians are another parallel between the epic and the novel. Also, I'd go into greater detail in your "parallels" sections -- for instance, in the Odyssey, Hermes gives moly to Odysseus to keep him from getting enchanted; in The Sea of Monsters, it's Annabeth who's the rescuer, and she uses a multivitamin that Hermes originally gave to Percy. In short, you can be specific without interpreting and also without just giving a over-detailed summary.

This is great!
[edit]This is a great page so far, I realized the parallels between PJO and HOO but never thought to write about them. Are you going to limit this just to Sea of Monsters? Ultimately, it's your choice, but I think adding more events from later in the series could really strengthen the article. Maybe adding more background on The Golden Fleece? Or Percy,and eventually Leo's encounter with Calypso? Also, are you going to incorporate quotes or scenes from Riordan's books? Either way,this is awesome.
