[edit]

I noticed in your recent edit to Video game genres that you attempted to fix a Wiki link, which really was correct to begin with as Strategy video games just redirects to Strategy video game.

Strategy games produces Strategy video games while at the same time, Strategy video games produces Strategy video games.

While both produce a link to the article on Strategy video game with the text "Strategy video games", the shorter one where you just add an "s" at the end is easier to work with.

So... use the pipe character ( | ) if you want/need to do a major change to the text for the Wiki link (example: Guitar Hero). If the only change is adding an "s" at the end, then just add the "s" outside of the brackets used for the Wiki link (example: video games).

In this case, Strategy games is the correct way it should be written as the article (Video game genres) already talks about video games in general.

Hope that helps. Lightsup55 ( T | C ) 22:07, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
