I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Alessandra Comini‎, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

No I am not and if you follow the history of the page thar I was not the one who created the page in the english Wikipedia I only changed one sentence, the one you like so much that you keep reverting. Wikipedia ethics: Encyclopedic content must be verifiable. How would you verify two women having an ongoing scientific research target together (and accidentally living together, probably for cheaper housing) as "life partners"? I can only repeat: Encyclopedic content must be verifiable. Please verify as to how that works in this case. The Dictionary of art historian made a grave breach of privacy on that matter, has no footnote proving the "life opartners", that doesn´t mean WIkipedia should repeat this. Please explain to me how "life partners" in general come to be verified. Were you in their bedrooms? Did you observe them? Did anyone else? If so, who? And why? It is possible that Wikis in the European Union have higher standards on ethics than American Wikis. It is quite obvious in this case. I´d be interested: what is your purpose in persisting on this matter? Also: the fact that I am a good writer in both German and English doesn´t make me "involved" or other things you imply. This is a plain - unfortunately I don´t recall this particular word in English at the moment and have to run. Will tell you next time here asap. I am a native German speaker and writer, not an english or american native speaker. Also I am quite new to this, but must say your text on me in your not so kind welcome estranged me quite a bit. Again what you wrote and implied about the art historian Alessandra Comini is persisting on something NO ONE can verify other than the two peolpe involved. Nobody is arguing with you re: removing the content- that was not the point of the talk page discussion, the issue was why is this even contentious material? And the facts re: this are verifiable in the Dictionary of Art Historian book with multiple citations used for that source. Also notable people on Wikipedia often have their partners, family/children and ect named as long as its in sources and published, much like this example. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges. Thank you. Jooojay, what is the problem with Dallas? As a matter of fact, you are the one continuously reverting my contributions, not vice versa. Are you not aware that the English Wikipedia is an international source, consulted by people who cannot guess from a district or campus name to the city the university is in? Read over MOS:LINKCLARITY and WP:MOSLINK if you want to learn about why we would not use the city of Dallas to name the place that is in a different city. Dallas is both a city and a county, perhaps that is part of your confusion? Jooojay (talk) 00:04, 13 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
