Jakhanian Railway Station

Jakhanian Railway Station is situated at 25.7458° N, 83.3709° E and 65 KM from the Varanasi Cant Jn. Railway Station. It is situated in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh state of India. The Jakhanian Railway Station is within walking distance from Tehsil and Market nearby in Jakhanian. It connects the railway line between Varanasi and Gorakhpur via Mau. The number of passenger trains for Allahabad and Gorakhpur run through this station. There is one train (14005/Lichchavi Express) which connects Jakhanian Railway Station directly to Anand Vihar (New Delhi). And one train (15018/Kashi Express) which directly connects Jakhanian Railway Station to Mumbai. This Railway Station is key transportation centre for the people living in vicinity of Jakhanian.
