My only suggestion would be to add sources/citations for all of the negative symptoms mentioned. Given the format of how this information is being presented, I believe this would greatly benefit your edits. By this I mean, you have a source supporting your description of avolition but not apathy or blunted emotional effect. While adding these additional sources is not a necessity, it would provide more reliable information for what is being discussed as well as reinforce the format of the added section. Overall, everything looks great, this would be my only suggestion.
